Chairman of the Siparia Regional Corporation, Leo Doodnath

Chairman of the Siparia Regional Corporation Leo Doodnath, is moving full pace ahead towards forming a Siparia Chamber of Commerce. He personally hand delivered invitations to all business places operating in Siparia to be part of the movement.
In his letter he highlights some of the advantages that can be derived by the coming together of businesses.

He stated that as a unified group, it was easier to lobby Governmental, NGOs, private and international agencies for better goods and services. He warned it was in their interest that they worked together towards the continued development and sustenance of business in the area within which they operated.

Two general meetings have been held with an average of 40 business and other interest groups represented at each of the meetings.
An interim organising committee has been established and comprises Keith Sankar, Avery Alleyne, Hayden Davidson, Raj Gheasewan, Najib Hosein and Sham Ramnarine. For further info, Doodnath can be contacted at 649 0211.
